Treatment Warranty Policy

Peace of mind for your smile, today and into the future

At Ascentia Dental Studio, we’re committed not only to excellent dental care today, but to the long‑term health of your smile. Many of our dentists provide a treatment warranty as a reflection of the quality of their work.

Because each clinician stands behind the dentistry they deliver, warranties apply only to treatment completed by that same dentist. If your treating dentist is no longer part of our team, our principal dentist will assist you and advise the best next steps.

To keep your warranty valid, please attend your routine hygiene visits as recommended, wear any nightguards, splints or retainers as instructed, and follow your personalised oral care plan.
Some treatments may not qualify for a warranty. Your dentist will always explain when and why this may apply, for example, dental implants for patients who smoke.

  • Some treatments may not qualify for a warranty; your dentist will explain when and why this may apply (e.g. dental implants for patients who smoke).
  • Adherence to your personalised oral care plan is required to maintain warranty validity.
