Waiting Area
When you first enter, you will be greeted by our reception staff where you will be checked in for your appointment. The interior is designed in a minimalistic Scandinavian style with a focus on nature to help you feel relaxed and at ease. You can sit here and enjoy the peaceful music and videos we display on our 75″ 4K TV while sipping on some complimentary coffee or tea.
Consult Room
We find that it can often be quite nerve-racking for patients to discuss their dental needs with us in the surgery room due to the chair, the tools and other things that may be anxiety-inducing. As such, we decided to have a whole separate consult room for this purpose, so that we can chat to you in a more relaxing and personal environment. There will be a big screen in this room that our staff will use to discuss your treatment plan while you are enjoying your beverage of choice.
Photo Room
For all our patients, we take comprehensive records and photographs of your face and teeth so that we can SHOW you everything that is going on, discuss in more detail regarding your specific needs, and use those images in order to help us plan treatment going forward. As part of our philosophy, we strive to be authentic and as transparent with you as possible, so that there are no hidden surprises. As such, we have dedicated an entire room just for this purpose, something you will not find in every dental practice.
Surgery Room
Our dental surgeries have been intentionally designed to be as relaxing and spacious as possible whilst offering maximum privacy. As you enter, you will notice the natural light that bathes the room with prime views of the local vicinity.
You will be receiving treatment on our premium dental chairs that are ergonomically designed to improve comfort for your neck and back.
Whilst receiving treatment, you can enjoy your favourite Netflix show on the ceiling mounted TV and drown out all the dental noise with some noise-cancelling headphones.
Feeling cold? We have a blanket for you. Too much sunlight? We’ll close the blinds. Just let us know and we’ll do our best to make you feel comfortable and cared for.
X-ray Room
We’ve spared no expenses in order to help you get your dental treatment faster. This room contains our large x-ray machine of which is capable of taking full mouth x-rays (OPG), 3D images of your head (CBCT – Cone Beam Computed Tomography), and images for orthodontic treatment assessment and planning (Lateral Cephalometry). Often, patients will require a referral to go get these images taken externally at a radiology center if the dental practice they attend does not have this machine. We wanted to eliminate as many barriers to dental treatment as possible for our patients, and make it easier for you to get the treatment that you need without waiting around or travelling long distances.
Parking Space
Enjoy free car parking at the shopping precinct in which we are located at. There are also cameras in the vicinity safely monitoring your cars during treatment.
Accessibility Facilities
There is a lift that will take you directly to the front entrance of the clinic. Our clinic and rooms are designed to allow easy access for patients with prams, wheelchairs and elderly people. We want to make it easy for everyone to see the dentist.
